VARSITY BASEBALL WIN IN SLOPPY FASHION

The Varsity Baseball Team did not play well on Monday versus the Williamsburg Wildcats, but still came out with a comfortable 8 to 3 victory. Ryan Waters picked up his 5th win on the season on the mound, and Levi Simpson pitched 3 solid relief innings. The 13 hit offensive attack was led by Cole Bird and Levi Simpson, who each collected 2 hits on the day. The win extended the Lions winning streak this season to 14 games without a loss. Goshen is up next for the Lions, as the Lions visit there on Wednesday to jump back into SBC American Division league play.
