New ball fields open Monday, March 28

New Richmond's new baseball and softball fields will be dedicated Monday, March 28 with a baseball game against Norwood at 4:30 p.m. and a softball game against Fayetteville at 5 p.m.

Dedication ceremonies at the baseball field will begin at 4:15 p.m.

4:15-4:25 Introductions and comments by Mr. Adam Bird, Superintendent of NR Schools.

4:25-4:27 National Anthem (Singer Mr. John Hale, VFW and American Legion color guard Color Guard led by Mr. Ralph Shepherd)

4:27-4:30 Introduction of Todd Benzinger and John Duncan and Ceremonial First Pitch

The softball field dedication ceremonies will begain at 4:45 p.m.

4:45-4:55 Introductions and comments by superintendent Adam Bird.

4:55-4:57 National Anthem (Singer Kallie Long, VFW and American Legion color guard Color Guard led by Mr. Ralph Shepherd)

4:57-5:00 Introduction of Cari Stroud, Darcy Strickmeyer and Lana Gilday for the Ceremonial First Pitch.

Reno Frayne plays in East-West all-star game

Lady Lions senior Reno Frayne will play in the Cincinnati East-West girls basketball game at 6 p.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard High School. You can listen to the game on Newrichmond.localsportsradio.com with Lady Lions coach Brad Hatfield and Jack Scott calling the action.
