John Berwanger off to state


New Richmond senior John Berwanger qualified for this week's Ohio Division II state track meet at Ohio State's Jesse Owens stadium with a third-place finish in the 110 meters high hurdles at Saturday's regional track meet in Dayton.

Berwanger's regional performance followed first-place finishes in the 110 in the Southern Buckeye Conference and Division II District championship meets. Berwanger won the SBAAC title in a time of 14.76 seconds and the district title in 15.28 seconds.

2010 baseball wrap-up show

2010 Softball wrap-up show

Lady Lions softball coach Julie Shepherd joins Dave Hawkins for a wrap-up of the 2010 season which saw New Richmond got 17-10 and reach the sectional finals in a rebuilding year.

Players Kallie Long, Sarah Abellainda and Brandy Riley and assistant coach Jessica Boys are interviewed.

2010 Track Wrap-Up Show

New Richmond High School track coaches Shelby Pride and Terri Flamm and New Richmond track stars Veronica Burnham, Anthony Goodrich, Katie Schumacher, Andrea Belmont, John Berwanger and Mike Maupin are interviewed by Dave Hawkins to wrap-up the 2010 track season which saw the boys win the SBAAC American Division title and place third in the Cincinnati Division II district meet and the girls place 3rd in the SBAAC and 6th in the district.
