Girls Basketball Wins vs Felicity

The New Richmond Girls Basketball team's trip to Felicity resulted in a 32-23 victory last night. Sarah Shoemaker led the lions with 12 points including 6 for 6 from the free throw line. Reno Frayne added 8 points and 8 rebounds. The girls applied tough defense especially in the 1st half allowing only 2 points by half-time. Offensively the girls were inefficient from the outside allowing Felicity to stay in a tight zone and double and triple in the post preventing a run-away victory for the lady lions. The next game for the girls is Saturday vs Western Brown for 1st place in the league.
