Lady Lions Win Home Opener

The Lady Lions Varsity Girls Basketball Team won their home opener last night defeating division opponent Goshen 43-38, improving to 2-0 on the season. Sophomore Tina Lawrence led all scorers with 15 points while collecting 8 rebounds and 2 steals. Josie Buckingham scored 10 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked 7 shots. Junior Hannah Hall went 4-4 from the charity stripe in the last 2 minutes to seal the close win. Next vs Bethel at home on Tuesday, 12/4.
