The Varsity Baseball team needed an amazing comeback yesterday to defeat Indian Hill by the score of 14 to 12. Trailing 9-2 with one out in the 5th inning, it appeared that the Lions would suffer their 3rd straight defeat. However, the Lions broke out of their recent team hitting slump and scored 12 runs in the last 3 innings to overtake the Braves. The win improves the Lions record to 17-2. The 1st place Lions have a tough road game today at Bethel, where they will attempt to hold sole possession of 1st place in the SBC. SBC STANDINGS NR 5-2 Bethel 4-3 CNE 4-3 W.
