Great Win over Bethel for Lady Lions

The girls varsity soccer team beat Bethel on Saturday with an ending score of 2-1. The girls played well, and worked together to stop Bethel from gaining any leads throughout the game. The first goal was scored by Cassie Grooms, with an assist from Kelsey Hensley on a corner kick. The second goal was scored by Nicole Leen to break the 1-1 tie, and put us in the lead for good. The boys and girls varsity play again on Tuesday, October 6th against CNE for Senior Night. Please come out and support the senior soccer players, and the teams for another league victory. The boys play at 5:00 with the girls to follow at 7:00.
