NR Boys Tennis Team defeats Amelia 4-1

In a rematch of last year's co-champions in the SBAAC, the lions prevailed with a convincing 4-1 victory over conference opponent Amelia this past Thursday. Winners for the lions included;

2nd Singles: Zach Manning

3rd Singles: David Ohntrup

1st Doubles: Clint Lytle & Henry Heidlage

2nd Doubles: Evan McKinley & Newton McCullom

The tennis team has busy schedule next week when they host Bethel (Mon.), Western Brown (Tues.), Taylor (Wed.) and play Goshen away on Thursday.

New Richmond Boys Tennis Team Off to a Fast Start with a 5-0 win over CNE

The New Richmond boys tennis team defeated CNE this past Tuesday by a score of 5 - 0. This was a very good start to the season considering the boys team lost four varsity starters due to graduation last year. Winners for the lions included;

2nd Singles: Evan McKinley

3rd Singles: Henry Heidlage

1st Doubles: Zach Manning & Clint Lytle

2nd Doubles: Matt Rydzewski & Newton McCullom

The boys tennis team travels to Amelia next Thursday for a rematch of league co-champions from last season.
