Lady Lions Win on the Road

The Lady Lions Varsity Girls Basketball Team got a tough road win last night defeating Taylor 43-37. Sarah Shoemaker led the way in a slow offensive game leading all scorers with 17 while contributing 8 rebounds and 2 steals. Josie Buckingham scored 11 points and blocked 6 shots including a big one late in the 4th quarter. It was a good win in a close game on the road as the lady lions prepare for the Sectional Tournament next week as well as the Senior Night Game on Thursday vs Goshen.
