NR Boys Tennis Team Defeats Bethel & Goshen to Improve to 5-0

The New Richmond boys tennis team defeated Bethel 3-2 on Wednesday and Goshen 5-0 on Thursday to improve to 5-0 on the season. Winners for the lions included: Bethel Match 1st Singles: James Martin: (6-3, 6-2) 2nd Singles: Josh Raver: (6-1, 6-1) 3rd Singles: Sam Anderson: (6-2, 6-2) Goshen Match 1st Singles: James Martin: (6-2, 6-1) 2nd Singles: Josh Raver: (6-1, 6-0) 3rd Singles: Sam Anderson: (6-0, 6-1) 1st Doubles: Clint Lytle & Zach Manning: (6-2, 6-2) 2nd Doubles: Tyler Flood & Matt Rydzewski: (6-2, 6-1) The boys tennis team plays Mariemont today (4/8/11). The varsity team plays at Mariemont and the JV tennis team will play Mariemont at home.
