The Lion Linksters continued their solid play in the 18 hole end of the year tournament held at White Oak Golf Course on Saturday morning. The Lions teed it up against 9 other teams from S.B.A.A.C. and shot a 351 to finish in 2nd place for the 18 hole match. They won the American portion of the tournament and only trailed Blanchester , who shot a 321. On the season the Lions finished 4th in the American Division finishing only 15 strokes out of second place and 28 strokes out of 1st place. Leading the Lions in scoring for the 18 hole match were Connor Tidball (86), Henry Heidlage (87), Tyler Flood (88), Evan McKinley (90), and Austin Wells and Austin Skaggs (93). The Lions will finish their regular season schedule Monday at Lindale Golf Course with a match against Norwood at 4:30 pm. The Lion Linksters will travel to Sharon Woods on Thursday morning to compete in the Sectional tournament at 8:30 am. The Lions record now stands at 27-17 on the season
