Lady Lions Beat CNE

Sat, Jan 30, Home vs CNE: The Lady Lions defeated CNE Saturday night by a score of 39-35. The girls were aided by a quick start, scoring the first 9 points of the game. Effective team defense kept CNE from any big runs as the girls kept their opponent under 40 points for the 3rd straight game. Reno Frayne led the way scoring 14 points and collecting 7 rebounds. Courtney Grogan also stepped up big in her first varsity start scoring 8 points while playing good defense and hitting big free throws. It was a good all around team victory.
