The boys basketball team defeated CNE last night by a score of 48-45. Dylan Phillips led the Lions with 15 points and 6 rebounds. The lions defense won the game by only allowing 6 points in the 4th quarter. Jon Berwanger hit two big threes to tie the score with only minutes remaining. Will Shoemaker hit two clutch free throws with 12.6 seconds remaining to ice the game. Joey McCabe got his first action of the year and gave quality minutes when the Lions were in foul trouble. Nick Hill played well pushing the ball up the floor in transition and scoring 7 points. The lions next game is at Batavia Friday night. Coach McMonigle
