Sweet was captain of New Richmond's girls soccer, basketball and softball teams and pitched the Lady Lions to a Division II sectional softball title. Sweet scored 10 goals and had four assists in her soccer season that was shortened by an injury.
Sweet finished at 16-3 with a 0.66 ERA and 131 strike outs in leading the Lady Lions to the sectional title.
Sweet, who was fifth in her class, will attend Ohio Northern University where she plans to study to become a pharmacist.
She is the daughter of Patty Everett and Danny Sweet.
