Cross Country: Milford Invitational Schedule

Date: Saturday, September 19th

The Milford Invitational will be held at Miami Meadows Park, which is approximately 3 miles beyond Milford High School on St. Rt. 131. The park is on the left.

Schedule:

* 9:00 a.m. Girls Open (Girls not in varsity race)

* 9:30 a.m. Boys Open (Boys not in varsity race)

*10:00a.m. Girls Varsity (Top 7 Runners)

*10:30 a.m. Boys Varsity (Top 7 Runners)


All athletes should be at the school by 7:25 a.m. on Saturday to board the bus for the Milford Invitational.

LADY LIONS VARSITY VOLLEYBALL

The Lady Lions were defeated by Seven Hills last night 3 out of 4 games. The scores of the games were 22-25, 22-25, 25-21, 25-13. Lady Lions play at Batavia tonight.

Cross Country: Boys Finish 1st, Girls 2nd at Georgetown Invitational

The boys and girls cross country teams both had another impressive showing at the Geogetown Invitational this past Wednesday, September 16th. The boys team finished first and the girls second at the invitational despite having ran their third meet in a week! Top runners for the lions included:

New Richmond golfers get Bulldogged by Batavia

The New Richmond golfers were handed a loss by the visiting Batavia Bulldogs Wednesday afternoon at Lindale Golf Course. The final score was Batavia 168- New Richmond 207. The medalist for the match was Eric Brown from Batavia who shot an even par round of 36 on the back nine at Lindale. Leading the Lions in scoring was Tyler Flood (44), Austin Wells (50), Evan McKinley (56), Jake Schumacher (57), Erik Hermann (57) , and Henry Heidladge (57). The Lion golfers will continue their S.B.A.A.C. League Tournament schedule Thursday afternoon a Cedar Trace Golf Course in Owensville. The Lions record now sits at 5-7 on the season.

Schedule Changes

We have a few schedules to note:
9/16 We added Glen Este to our freshman football schedule @ 6:00 home.
9/26 We changed the time of our girls soccer match against CHCA to 3:00 because of our cross country invitational that morning at 9:00 am.
10/3 This will be our make up date for the cancelled soccer games against Bethel. The Lady Lions will play at Bethel at 10:00 and the Lions will be here at 12:30. These are varsity only.

New Richmond Golfers finish off suspended match vs. Goshen

The Lion Golfers finished a match that was suspended by lightning last week against Goshen at Friendly Meadows Tuesday. The Lions defeated the Warriors by a score of 193-197. Medalist for the match was freshman Evan McKinley who shot a 42 in the match. Other scores for the Lions were Tyler Flood (47), Jake Schmucher (51), Austin Wells (53), Anthony Niederhelmen (54), and David Ohntrup (57). The victory pushes the Lions record to 5-6 on the season. The Lions play Batavia today @ 3:00 at Lindale.

Lion Golfers finish 3rd in S.B.A.A.C. tournament

The New Richmond golfers finished 3rd in the second S.B.A.A.C. held at Friendly Meadows on Tuesday. The Lions shot a 199 in the contest. The Lions were led in scoring by freshman Evan McKinley (47), Tyler Flood (48), Austin Wells (50), Erik Hermann (54), Henry Heidlage (57), and Jake Schumacher (58). The Lions play Batavia tonight at Lindale. The Next S.B.A.A.C. will be on Thursday at Cedar Trace in Owensville.
